Santana (Portuguese for the Saint Anne) is a city located on the eastern part of São Tomé Island, which is part of the island nation of São Tomé and Príncipe. It is the fourth largest city after São Tomé, Trinidade and Neves with a population of 6,969 for the town and 13,258 for the district. The city also serves as the capital of Cantagalo district.
