Amsatou Sow Sidibé , born 14 October 1953 in Dakar is a university and a Senegalese politician. Holds a PhD obtained in Paris II University in 1987, she is Associate Chair Professor Private Law at the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar (2003). She was one of the candidates for the Senegalese presidential election of 2012 1 .
